    Albert Douglas Venson, affectionately known as "Big Al" or "Mr. Al," epitomizes wisdom and professionalism. Born in Omaha, NE, he has established himself as a prominent HVAC service provider and business owner in the Washington metropolitan area. His journey began with demonstrating leadership abilities from a young age. Excelling as a student and athlete in high school, he notably became a wrestling county champion. Inspired by his father, he embarked on a career in the HVAC industry, and in 2012, he founded Al's Twin Air, LLC. This venture marked a significant milestone in his career, showcasing his initiative and professional wisdom.

    Al's Twin Air, LLC, a family-owned HVAC and plumbing service provider, was established based on his inherent wisdom and professionalism. Under his leadership, the company gained a reputation for exceptional customer service, leading to significant growth and expansion across Maryland, Northern Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Before his entrepreneurial achievements, he played pivotal roles in public service, including a significant position as the director of facilities service manager for the District of Columbia. He effectively managed various buildings in this capacity, optimizing resource use and promoting energy efficiency. His dedication to professional development and expansion has been recognized through multiple accolades, including the District Sustainability Award and recognition from the Office of Property Management for his commitment to the DC Department of Corrections.

     

    In addition to his professional accomplishments, he has been an active community member, serving as the Vice President of his homeowners association for four years. His role in the association demonstrates his dedication to community development and resource allocation. His life is a balance of diverse hobbies and interests that reflect his unique personality. These include shooting pool, DJing, and collecting pen buttons for lapels. A devoted family man, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and has a passion for music, a legacy from his father. His love for music has led him to play the piano and participate actively in church music ministries. He also engages in bible study groups, enriching his understanding through various platforms. An avid fisherman, he cherishes moments spent fishing on his 35-foot Bayliner boat with family and friends, and recently, he has found joy in caring for a Goldendoodle puppy.
